Educational & Professional Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Work Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of auditing or consultancy experience in relevant domains.

• Hands-on experience with internal audits, compliance audits, or operational audits.

• Experience with consulting engagements, not just auditing, including advisory, reporting, and training.

• Exposure to multiple industries or regulatory environments is a plus

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements relevant to client industries (banks, logistics, government).

• Competence in digital tools for audits & reporting, e.g., Excel, audit management software, Power BI/Tableau for dashboards.

• Understanding of virtual audit tools, secure document sharing, and remote advisory platforms.
   

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills (both written and verbal).​

• ​Client-facing skills: able to provide guidance, advice, and training confidently.

• Time management and the ability to work independently as a freelancer.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.

Freelance / Engagement Requirements

• Legal & Compliance: Must be legally eligible to work as a freelancer/consultant in your operating country.

• Contract & Agreement: Agree to a confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and service contract.

• Availability: Flexible schedule to match client audit or advisory needs.

• References / Portfolio: Provide previous client references or completed audit/consultancy reports.

• Insurance (optional but recommended): Professional liability insurance to cover consultancy risk.
